Building Bridges: Appreciating Mental Health was all about the hard work and effort and the work they have achieve that all the staffs has done throughout the year of 2010. And how much help & support they have giving their service users & families and its all about appreciating for their hard work they have done and achieve and all the help & support they have given. It wasn't an easy task for them but manage to pull their way through to complete their work.
So we form an event call "Building Bridges:Appreciating Mental Health" on Friday 17th December 2010 to celebrate this special occasion and combined with Hutt Valley & Porirua and also we had to do 10 mins powerpoint presentation. Our facilitator was our Service Manager and our devotion Rev Perema Leasi and also had our Vakaola Board Chairperson David Isaia who welcome everyone to our special event. A lot of service users and families and friends who attended to our event. Good turn out and everyone enjoy the bbq. Acknowledge the Tongan Brass Band who were our entertainment and also we provide lunch for them.
